The ECO-TECH line plants are designed to produce large quantities without sacrificing
the
flexibility and ease of transport of a mobile plant.

 

ECO-TECH 2.90

The ECO-TECH 2.90 (and 2.70) plants represent a fair compromise between the productivity of the models of the range and the series of mobile service plants of the ECO-MIX type.
The structure of the frame (perimeter tubular steel with high resistance) is conceived from the plants of the superior line in order not to give up anything in terms of sturdiness.
The various subgroups and components such as the mixer, extractor belts, dosing pumps, sensors and motors are defined and chosen to give the plant great durability over time.

To facilitate the replacement of worn components, disassembly systems of the mechanically-facilitated subgroups and the electrical and hydraulic interfaces have been developed.
Depending on the type of production required, it is possible to choose between different configurations, starting from the basic one, obtaining a high level of customization, to meet any type of demand of the end customer in terms of production and logistics. For example, you can choose between two major versions of the plant with or without gravimetric dosing system of the aggregates, so-called gravimetric and volumetric. It is also possible to choose between two final mixing units, choosing between a central auger or an interchangeable dual-shaft paddle

With the ECO-TECH 2.150 models in the gravimetric and volumetric versions (respectively indicated with the suffixes g and v) it is possible to obtain a maximum hourly production of the order of 150 tons/hour of finished product. Obviously thanks to a precise regulation of the plant, managed by a sophisticated “user-friendly” electronics, it is also possible to manage very small dosages of the order of a few cubic meters per hour of finished material. This limit management gives the possibility of obtaining products such as structural concrete and most of the cold bituminous mixes, the production of which must be handled with great precision and often batches of small volumes (consider the volume of a concrete mixer).

The sturdy structure of the frame – S355 High Resistance Tubular Steel Frame) – and the cutting-edge design of all components make the ECO-TECH 2.150 a very attractive plant for all manufacturers working in road and civil engineering contracts.
One of the real foundations that have led to the emergence of the new ECO-TECH line is the “Modularity”: frame and sub-assemblies (sensors, mixers, etc.) have been conceived, since the preliminary drafts, considering the possibility of exploiting the configuration to obtain a customised one without using new component codes. For example, to add 2 more inert tanks to the 2 already present, just replicate the basic frame scheme and the tanks already present.

Type of production

It is possible to easily insert different production formulas automatically or to handle the various dosages of the ingredients in the manual mode.

The setting of the parameters and all the programming part of the plant is illustrated, not only with the notes indicated in the U&M booklet supplied with each of our plants but also by one of our technicians at the time of start-up of the plant and following the machine setting with the materials available to the customer.
