Versatility and Mobility

The ECO-MIX machines are mobile mixing plants for concrete, cement mixes, cold asphalt and bitumen mixes.
Thanks to their structure and versatility, it is possible to transport the plant and use it on board the means of transport.

AUTONOMY AND INDEPENDENCE

The plant is completely independent on the building site, being able to carry all the components, from the aggregates to the binder, as well as the various working liquids (water and additives) onboard the machine.
Its autonomy is also guaranteed by an endothermic engine directly on board.

WORK WHEREVER YOU WANT, RESPECTING THE ENVIRONMENT

It is, therefore, possible to “produce where you want, what you want and in the quantity you want”, reducing the environmental impact of the processes, respecting people and territories.

ASSISTANCE AND REMOTE CONTROL

It is possible to easily insert different production formulas automatically or to handle the various dosages of the ingredients in the manual mode.

The setting of the parameters and all the programming of the plant is illustrated, not only with the notes indicated in the U&M booklet supplied with each of our plants but also by a BERTOLI technician at the time of start-up. In any case, it is possible to guide the operator remotely, directly from the offices of BERTOLI Italia.
